Further Information

Under 18s - all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please make sure you purchase under 18 and adult tickets together as we can’t allow sales of ‘under 18’ tickets only. Children up to 10 go free and don’t need a ticket but must wear a wristband where your contact number can be written for safety. If you are lucky enough to look under 21 then you may be asked for ID as an adult wristband will enable you to purchase alcohol at the bars.

Wristbands - Anyone not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the Festival and the Camp site.

Programmes - Programmes will be available to purchase at the ticket office, the festival information office and the merchandise stall on site.

Festival Opening Times - The Festival Arena will be open from around mid-day on Friday 25th to late on Sunday 27th July. If you have a weekend ticket you’ll be able to set up camp after mid-day on Thursday 24th July. People buying a day ticket will be allowed to camp ,overnight if there is space but must vacate by 12 noon the following day. Latest arrival on the campsite by 9.00pm each evening.

People with Disabilities - space in the disabled car park and campsite is limited so must have been booked in advance. Those ticket holders in receipt of higher rate DLA or PIP who require a carer will be given the opportunity to buy a ticket for their carer for half price. (Please note:- we reserve the right to ask registered carers for proof of their status). We are sorry but because of rising costs we are unable to offer free tickets for carers this year.
